This Privacy Policy outlines how NextLevel CRM, LLC, doing business as NextLevel Digital ("Company," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with its website located at nextleveldgtl.com, as well as any related websites, applications, or platforms we may develop in the future (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is designed to provide marketing, advertising, automation, and related software services to businesses. In the course of providing these services, we may collect information from and about two types of users:
- Clients – businesses and individuals who use our services to grow and run their business
- Consumers – individuals whose information may be collected or submitted through the Platform in connection with services such as lead generation, appointment scheduling, or marketing campaigns run for our Clients
As used in this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with a particular individual or household.

We do not collect biometric information. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, health information, or other sensitive government identifiers through the Platform.
How We Use the Personal Information We Collect

How We Share the Personal Information We Collect
- With Our Service Providers. Third parties who perform services for us or on our behalf — for example, payment processors, hosting providers, scheduling and CRM platforms, and companies that send emails on our behalf.
- With Our Business Partners. This includes our affiliates, including NextLevel CRM, and vendors involved in delivering the services you request.
- With Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, or Parties to a Legal Proceeding. We may share Personal Information with such entities to comply with the law or assist in law enforcement.
- With Data Analytics Providers and Advertising Service Providers. Third-party analytics and advertising partners may collect Personal Information about users over time and across different websites, applications, and devices for the purposes of analytics and targeted advertising. This practice may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information under some state laws.
Cookie Policy
The Platform may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to track and enhance user experience, including technologies placed by third parties such as advertising network partners. You may set your web browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; if you do so, some parts of the Platform may not function properly. Our Platform does not recognize "Do Not Track" signals, but it may recognize other opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Children Under the Age of 16
The Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16, and no one under age 16 may provide any information through the Platform. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Retention of Data
We retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, but generally we consider: whether we have a legal or contractual need to retain the data; whether the data is necessary to provide our services; and whether you would reasonably expect that we would retain the data until you remove it or your account is closed. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it and cease processing until deletion is possible.
Data Security
No security is foolproof, and the Internet is an insecure medium. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect our Company and you from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Information that we collect and store.
Third-Party Applications and Integrations
Our Platform uses third-party applications and integrations (for example, scheduling and review widgets) to enhance its experience. We encourage you to review the individual privacy policies of those applications and integrations before using our Platform or otherwise engaging with us.
